These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors of The Mindset Trader website and clients engaging in 1-on-1 coaching sessions. By accessing the website or booking a 1-on-1 session, the user agrees to these terms. The Mindset Trader reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with the latest version being applicable.

Article 2: Website Usage

The content provided on The Mindset Trader website is for informational and educational purposes only. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use any content without explicit written permission. While efforts are made to ensure the accuracy of information, The Mindset Trader does not guarantee its completeness or reliability. The website may contain external links; The Mindset Trader is not responsible for the content of third-party websites. Unauthorized use or any attempt to compromise the security of the website may result in legal action.

Article 3: Sessions and Services

All sessions, whether one-on-one coaching, counseling, or other services provided by The Mindset Trader, require prepayment unless otherwise specified. The scheduling, duration, and structure of sessions may vary depending on the service booked. Clients must schedule and complete their sessions within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase.

Rescheduling or cancellation of a session requires at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide timely notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee. The Mindset Trader reserves the right to set additional terms regarding session expiration, package validity, or scheduling limits as needed.

All sessions are intended for educational and coaching purposes only and do not constitute psychological therapy, medical treatment, or financial advice. Clients are solely responsible for their own decisions and actions. The Mindset Trader is not liable for any personal, professional, or financial outcomes resulting from participation in its services.

Article 4: Privacy and Data Protection

The Mindset Trader adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data collected during session booking and website interactions is processed securely and used solely for the purpose of service delivery. Client information is never shared with third parties without consent unless required by law. Users have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their data. Communication regarding services may be sent via email, with an option to unsubscribe at any time.

Article 5: Payment Terms & Right of Withdrawal

Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. All transactions are securely processed through third-party payment providers. By submitting payment details, the client authorizes the charge for the agreed amount. Prices and payment terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Under Dutch law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a service agreement within fourteen (14) days of purchase without providing a reason, provided the service has not yet commenced. If a session is scheduled and attended within this 14-day period, the client acknowledges and agrees that the service has begun, thereby waiving their right of withdrawal once the session has been fully performed.

To exercise the right of withdrawal before the service begins, the client must notify us in writing via email at info@mindsettrader.nl within the 14-day period. If no session has taken place, a refund will be processed accordingly.

Once a session has been completed, no refunds will be issued. Clients may reschedule a booked session up to twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled time. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the session fee. All purchased sessions must be used within the validity period specified at the time of purchase.

Article 6: Liability and Disclaimer

The Mindset Trader does not provide financial, legal, or medical advice. All content and coaching sessions are intended for educational purposes only. Clients remain fully responsible for their actions and decisions. The Mindset Trader is not liable for any financial loss, personal hardship, or psychological distress resulting from participation in its services. In cases of force majeure, such as technical failures, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, The Mindset Trader reserves the right to reschedule or modify services.

Article 7: Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided by The Mindset Trader shall be resolved through mutual discussion. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. Users are encouraged to contact The Mindset Trader with any concerns before taking legal action.
